Baker Survey - Activation Hangzhou

Dear bakers (and all),

Thank you for your active involvement last weekend on the successful activation of Hangzhou, our 8th protocol upgrade, and the 4th one this year! It was our pleasure to see the community engaging.

Today, we ask for your help to continue improving the protocol activation experience. We have prepared a survey aimed specially to bakers and tool developers – but everybody running a Tezos node is more than welcome to answer:

This survey (which those not willing to provide any contact or identifying details can fill anonymously) aims at assessing your overall experience with the protocol activation, and prompts you to describe any issues encountered, e.g., flattening the context or importing snapshots. Moreover, it provides a way to transmit to us logs from your nodes and bakers, and performance scraping information (e.g., from netdata or prometheus) if available.

This information will enable us to reflect on the experience with a richer data-set, perform due diligence, and also gather more intel about the diversity of hardware specs and node configurations on mainnet.

We kindly encourage you to fill the form, and to contact us at support@nomadic-labs.com if you need help or assistance with this task.

Thank you all!
