Carthagenet End of Life: 12/12/2020

Delphi has been activated in Mainnet, replacing Carthage as the current protocol. The Carthagenet test network, which runs the Carthage protocol, will thus be stopped. More precisely, bootstrap peers and bootstrap bakers will shut down their Carthagenet nodes after December 12th. We invite you to migrate your tests to Delphinet, a test network that runs the Delphi protocol. This test network has been running for a couple of months now and will continue running as long as Delphi is the current protocol on Mainnet. You can join Delphinet easily by configuring a new node with --network delphinet . This option is available in versions 7.4 and above. See also: http://tezos.gitlab.io/user/multinetwork.html
