What is the impact on node operators in rolling and full history modes when the cycle duration is shortened?
For example, I understand that nodes operating in full or rolling mode provide certain information up to the “savepoint.” If the cycle duration is shortened, does this also reduce the amount of time that information is available from a rolling or full node?
