Looking at period 56, we can see that old proposals for Granada and Edo are still floating around in the ether.
It seems like these could cause serious issues if ever voted in years after the fact, however unlikely. Is there a way for the original proposer or perhaps the community, through a vote, to clean up an old proposal, and essentially un-propose that change?
