Releasing version 9.1 of Tezos node

Version 9.1 has just been released. This version fixes a performance and memory usage issue of the node introduced in version 9.0. It also reintroduces /normalized RPCs.

Reminder: version 9 contains a new version of the protocol environment which is needed for Florence. It also contains Florence itself as well as its baker, endorser and accuser binaries. Florence is currently in the adoption period and will go live on May 11th at the current rate.

The Git tag for this release is v9.1 and the corresponding commit hash is 31e6641db444bdb5d3fb9f232282b429b8c3ea7a . Branch latest-release now points to this new tag.

Tzstats says the adoption period ends on May 10, 2021 19:26. Did you mean May 10th? Thanks in advance.
