This is the official release of Taquito v24.0.0 supporting upcoming protocol Tallinn  
There’s only website and internal changes since the RC release last week

Highlights of v24.0.0 are:

- @taquito/michel-codec new instructions INDEX\_ADDRESS and GET\_ADDRESS\_INDEX
- @taquito/local-forging new instructions INDEX\_ADDRESS and GET\_ADDRESS\_INDEX
- @taquito/rpc new endpoint getdestinationindex
