Octez version 25.1 has just been released!
Octez version 25.1 hardens the Octez node against three security threats by:
- addressing a bug where the node’s in-memory protocol cache could be reused across a chain reorganization,
- introducing a stricter validation of smart rollup refutation game moves to reject malformed inputs, and
- introducing a stricter validation for illegitimate double-baking evidence.
We recommend that all node operators and bakers upgrade promptly.
