I’m doing a work on Tezos and I have a question about the governance of tezos. I would like to know how often an open discussion is take place with DAO managment or with the manegment of tezos?

The Tezos governance process (which we don’t call a DAO to avoid confusion with governance of the applications running on Tezos) is documented here The Amendment (and Voting) Process — Tezos (master branch, 2024/05/13 07:34) documentation. In practice, there is a new proposal every quarter.
The people in charge of the governance are called the bakers.
