#TezosDeFiHackathon took place over the weekend, on February 26-28. It was awesome.
22 teams competed for a prize pool of $ 25,000. Team mentors were assigned to each team, but participants could also reach out to expert mentors who specialize in different areas of development and interaction with Tezos. 24 projects were presented: 11 projects in the category “Own idea” and 13 projects in the category “Challenge”.
The teams came up with many different ideas, from the FA1.2 and FA2 token factory for income pharming to mortgages. The top 10 projects reached the final. Six teams became winners of the hackathon: DONUTEZ TEAM, Fortune, The Buttonists, Ditch, PlugTruck and DeFi Experts. Our congratulations!
