I am curious to hear about the motivation for a new smart contract language: LISA
The announcement is a bit cryptic and doesnt give much information,

Why creating a new SC language? Why not focus on improving the existing ones?
Pascal gor replaced by JSLigo and JSligo can be replaced by LISA later?

Maybe there are valid reasons but I would like to get to know them.
