Reminder: Public RPC Shutdown is Saturday (May 31, 2026)

A quick reminder that the ECAD Labs / ECAD Infra free public Tezos RPC endpoints stop serving traffic in four days, on Saturday, May 31, 2026. After that date the endpoints will be retired and will no longer answer requests.

The endpoints going away:

All deprecated endpoints (such as *.tez.ie) that currently redirect to the above are included in the shutdown.

If you haven’t migrated yet

If your wallet, dApp, indexer, bot, SDK default, or internal tooling still points at *.tezos.ecadinfra.com, please cut over this week. The Taquito community list is a reasonable starting point: RPC nodes | Taquito . Running your own node remains the most robust option for anything production-critical.

If you maintain a public-facing project that hardcodes or recommends an ecadinfra.com Tezos endpoint in defaults, docs, examples, or config templates, please update those references and let your users know.

Status

Thanks again to everyone who used and supported the service over the last eight years. Personally, it has been fun (and some frustration, looking at you Octez!) running these services since the genesis block.
