Taqueria v0.45.0: Now Serving Local LIGO Love!

Dear Tezos Agora Community,

We are thrilled to announce the latest release of Taqueria, v0.45.0, brought to you by the dedicated team at Pinnacle Labs. We’ve been working tirelessly to spice up your development experience and are excited to share the fruits of our labor.

In this release, we’ve addressed a long-standing feature request, #1920, by introducing LIGO binary support.

Now, the LIGO Plugin will utilize the ligo binary if it’s found in your path, a feature that will be particularly savored by those who either don’t have Docker installed or prefer not to use it for performance reasons.

We’ve also updated the LIGO grammars to the latest version, ensuring you’re always working with the freshest ingredients. Additionally, we’ve enhanced error messaging with originations to Ghostnet using the Taquito plugin to help you debug your contracts more effectively. Lastly, we’ve adjusted CORS headers to allow connections to sandboxes from any origin, so you can enjoy your tacos from anywhere!

For a more detailed look at the changes, please visit the official GitHub release here.

We invite you to share your thoughts, suggestions, or even your favorite taco recipes with us. Your feedback is the secret sauce that helps us continually improve Taqueria.

Thank you for being a part of our vibrant Taqueria community. Keep coding, keep crunching, and remember, there’s always room for more tacos!

Sincerely,
The Pinnacle Labs Team
