The Ghost — Bitcoin Chronicles III now live on objkt

Excited to share that we’ve just minted “The Ghost — Bitcoin Chronicles III” on objkt.com!

This is the third piece in our series exploring Bitcoin’s history through generative art — all built with zero dependencies, pure HTML/CSS/JS for permanent on-chain preservation.

About The Ghost

After some technical challenges with fxhash network issues, we completed the mint on objkt. The piece explores the mysteries that define Bitcoin:

  • Satoshi’s identity — Who is the invisible architect?
  • Lost keys — Fortunes locked forever on-chain
  • Decentralized forces — The spirits that drive the movement

Technical Approach

For those interested in the technical implementation:

  • :white_check_mark: No external libraries (no p5.js, Three.js, CDN dependencies)
  • :white_check_mark: System fonts only
  • :white_check_mark: Future-proof rendering (will work 10+ years from now)
  • :white_check_mark: Fully on-chain HTML/CSS/JS

This approach ensures the artwork remains accessible and renderable regardless of external service availability — a key principle for permanent digital art.

Series Context

Bitcoin Chronicles:

  • Episode I: Genesis Block — The origin story (2009)
  • Episode II: Running Bitcoin — The operational essence
  • Episode III: The Ghost — The mystery unveiled

This continues our mission at YesOkLab of preserving both Korean cultural heritage and cryptocurrency history on Tezos.
